Week 2: DHC eyelash tonic

Week 2 is different from week 1. I didn't use my eyelash tonic twice a day because I've been using mascara more than normal that week. It will cause your mascara to smudge if you do not wait for the tonic to dry first.

Second week, not much improvement from week 1 actually.

Here comes the confusing part:
