This month's favourite came early! Not a lot of things to mention I'm sorry - the things I've tried thus far mostly hover between not bad and awesome.

Forgot to label the products so my sequence will be from top left > top right > bottom left > bottom right. And it is not that tough to figure out right haaaa.

1. Miss En Scene Perfect Oil

If you've bee following the Korean trends and favourites, this is very likely nothing new at all. Got a bunch of this while I was in Korea with my family purely based on the 1001 raves I have read online. No regrets. This deserves a separate review but let me briefly summarise what I like about the hair oil. It is thick, nourishing but not oily. Makes my hair tame and healthy looking without weighing it down. There, everything I look for in a hair product.

2. The Face Shop Mascara (#1 Curling)

Scored this during my trip to Korea last year. Actually I picked it up because it was 2,900W. Hello I mean where can you find a 2,900W (~SGD$4) mascara in Singapore? From a legit brand that is. I triple confirmed with the sales girl that this mascara is waterproof because I cannot live with anything not waterproof on my eyes. The effect is nice and it is very easy to remove too. I've a close up on how my lashes look like (1 coat) in the Biore post I wrote previously. One thing worth noting is that it is a wet formulation; avoid using on lower lashes unless you are dressing up as a panda for Halloween.

3. Flower2 Grass2 Berrily Me Eye Cream

Full review on this Berrily me eye cream is already up so I don't want to dwell on this too much. I caught myself reaching for this day and night for the past month mainly for two reasons. First, I ran out my usual eye cream. Two, it seems to work. I realise I need to conceal less after using this regularly. Plus, it is moisturising enough for my dry under eye area. Overall, Flower2 Grass2 offers decent products. Passed my friend the rose water spray sample I've received from Preloot and she enjoys it too.

I am thinking should I bag the full size product because it is on a crazy 30% sale. I tried using the promo code(Hi5jjoyis iirc) Preloot gave me and it still works so it is 30 + 5%.... Tempting.

4. Tony Moly Delight Tint (#1 Red)

Ah story again. Got this a year ago while mass shopping with buff. Walked into Tony Moly as she wanted to get something. I was bored so I went to test out the products from the counter but walked out without anything but the swatches of different products on my hand (Never had a good impression of TM, not sure why). Hopped in and out of some other stores testing and buying but most of them pales in comparison with the delight tint. I finally caved in and told buff "I NEED to get this". This year, I went back to purchase the rest of the colours from the same line, 2 others only btw, and got some more to distribute around.

This tint is very pigmented with rather impressive lasting power. By far one of my favourite tints.

You can get most of the products from their respective Singapore retail stores. I know it is irritating when the product is harder, by hard I mean cannot find in Watsons or what, to find. But everything is possible with globalisation yo.

I always know ingredients added in a product is very important but my current work really enforces the idea on me. I am still reading up so don't rely on me too much, yet!

Savory Organic Rose Otto Hydrosol

Made from organic Bulgarian roses, Savory Organic Rose Water is organic and 100% natural with no additives. It promises to leave skin silky and smooth after application.

Packaging

Spray bottle. Glad that even the sample comes in a spray bottle. It is a little hard to mist your face with this as it is not pressurised. The good thing about such spray is that it is more environmentally-friendly (no aerosol etc).

Scent

Is it grass or is it herb? Definitely smells like something raw and organic. It doesn't linger for too long so don't worry even if you do not fancy the scent. But when a product smells like that you will feel like it is doing good to your skin haaaa. Leave a light rose scent after that.

Convenient touch ups

This is my best friend at work, literally. You know how dehydrated your skin will feel if you sit in an air-conditioned room for the whole day. I put this in the office and spritz some throughout the day to refresh my skin whenever necessary. The liquid particles are quite huge(not pressurised) though so be careful if your make is not waterproof. Hold it further to get a better distribution.

Absorption

Super fast even without any other chemicals.

Skin

It doesn't hydrate very much but skin is very soft and supple after use. Not sticky or anything like that. It just feels like nothing happened at all.

And it something you can understand, not some nasty alien additives.

Expiry date

All Flower2 Grass2 products are good for nine months from the date they were made. This shows how natural they are and possibly no or minimum preservatives are added into the formulation. This is great but at the same time it also means I have to finish them asap. I always take super long to go through something so I think I may have to toss it out before I can finish them, which to me is a waste.

The Verdict:

This toner is almost invisible - you don't feel it, you don't see it, you don't really smell it as well. It will literally feel like nothing after everything is absorbed. Slowly, but surely, it conditions your skin from within. The spray makes it very convenient to touch up any time anywhere. This is pretty fine to me.

One for All - Rose Geranium Essential Oil Regenerating Night Cream

Rose Geranium Essential Oil Regenerating Night Cream is really a true blue all in one night cream. Your skin will appear radiant, silky smooth without feeling any bit of oiliness. It is also an excellent solution to acne scars.

Quite a simple and standard bottle, nothing much to dwell on. And like all jar products, it is quite troublesome to use.

Scent

I cannot... I cannot describe the scents from Flower2 Grass2 at all. All of them smell so exotic~ Anyway, it is unquestionably something very calming and soothing to use at night. The smell is a bit strong initially but it is good once everything is settled.

Absorption

Don't be fooled by this night cream. It will penetrate your skin so quickly.

Skin

Light but rich. My forehead is very dry I have a lot of 'lines' going on. However, after using this religiously for quite a while, I find that the 'lines' are not as obvious anymore. Sadly I did not photograph it down so you cannot see for yourself.

The Verdict:

This is probably my favourite product out of everything I have tried. I like the fact that it feels and smells so good on my skin. Very light yet it does whatever it is supposed to do. I have not seen my scars improved but my face feels a lot more smoother and hydrated when I wake up
 in the morning.

Berrily Me - Anti-Aging Eye Cream

Berrily Me Eye Cream is especially good at improving tired looking eyes and the appearance of dark circles.

Standard. Something worth noting is that the eye cream comes in a huge size. You can use for quite some time!

Scent

Smells like a natural soap I used to use many many years back. It is a good scent~

Not bad!

Skin

My under eye area feels so much more hydrated after incorporating Berrily cream into my routine. It does not crease as much anymore. I am not sure whether it is my imagination or what but I feel that my dark circles seem to improve after using this. Not too oily and I am happy it does not give me millia seeds (that thing sucks).

PS I avoid my eyelids area during the day to ensure there is no excess oil around.

The Verdict:

The Berrily Me eye cream is not too bad. It does what it is supposed to do and it does not give me other problems.  If it really improve my dark circles I'd let you guys know again! Oh it is even good for sensitive skin. I had a bad eye infection a few days ago and my eyelid area was swollen and red. Nonetheless, I applied my eye cream as per normal and it did not irritate my already-sensitive skin at all. The swelling went down after that.

Blessingly Pick - St. John's Wort Oil Calming Day Cream

Made from fresh handpicked St. John's Wort flowers, it has been said that the positive energy of the picker will be injected to benefit user, generating a healing effect. The infused oil is used to soothe sunburn and other skin irritations.
