Hello! I feel so much better after sleeping more.
Also, I make sure I clock in some exercise time everyday. 1 week of exercising and I can see tiny improvements here and there haha. I love it.
And by exercise I mean eg. If I can take bus but I choose to walk, if the lift is at level 1 but I choose to climb the stairs (I know it's so insignificant when I'm staying at level 2) and stuff along that line. Anything that requires me to move when I can opt for the easy way out is exercise to me.
Drafted the above last night and today I went for Sakae buffet
*facepalm* Will work the calories after I finish my econs revision. Today will be a productive day.
It must be. I've to finish all the 13 chapters if not it will be too late haha.
Meanwhile, snapshots (of food) for you.
Baked!
My bkk post will take a while. Sorry for the misleading Insta picture :/
So tired.
Barely slept enough these few days.
Sorry no updates/pictures. Just a really quick one from blogger app.
Finally trips are planned/booked, assignments arranged. Now it's time to start planning for myself - study for finals and sleep earlier!
Picked Aunt up last night. She came back from Korea with some skincare and makeup (none of which I asked for but it's ok) and a box of mask. Now I know why masks from Korea are so damn cheap, they sell in boxes of 100!
Follow me on insta/twitter. More active there. As usual, jielinnnx33
Time to nap good night all.
Don't complain about grammar please tq.
HI,
Saw this on facebook. The points are pretty spot-on. Bold the ones I agree more on. Nothing bad about being an introvert hahaha that's why I really like blogging. I've so much random thoughts going through my mind I need to get some (the ones I deemed ok to be known lol) out.
Extroverts, I hope you understand introverts a little better after reading this.
Myths Facts About Introverts :
Myth #1 – Introverts don’t like to talk.
This is not true. Introverts just don’t talk unless they have something to say. They hate small talk. Get an introvert talking about something they are interested in, and they won’t shut up for days.
Myth #2 – Introverts are shy.
Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Introverts are not necessarily afraid of people. What they need is a reason to interact. They don’t interact for the sake of interacting. If you want to talk to an Introvert, just start talking. Don’t worry about being polite.
Myth #3 – Introverts are rude.
Introverts often don’t see a reason for beating around the bush with social pleasantries. They want everyone to just be real and honest. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in most settings, so Introverts can feel a lot of pressure to fit in, which they find exhausting.
Myth #4 – Introverts don’t like people.
On the contrary, Introverts intensely value (WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T DOUBLE BOLD THIS HAHA) the few friends they have. They can count their close friends on one hand. If you are lucky enough for an introvert to consider you a friend, you probably have a loyal ally for life. Once you have earned their respect as being a person of substance, you’re in.
Myth #5 – Introverts don’t like to go out in public.
Nonsense. Introverts just don’t like to go out in public FOR AS LONG. They also like to avoid the complications that are involved in public activities. They take in data and experiences very quickly, and as a result, don’t need to be there for long to “get it.” They’re ready to go home, recharge, and process it all. In fact, recharging is absolutely crucial for Introverts.
Myth #6 – Introverts always want to be alone.
Introverts are perfectly comfortable with their own thoughts. They think a lot. They daydream. They like to have problems to work on, puzzles to solve. But they can also get incredibly lonely if they don’t have anyone to share their discoveries with. They crave an authentic and sincere connection with ONE PERSON at a time.
Myth #7 – Introverts are weird.
Introverts are often individualists. They don’t follow the crowd. They’d prefer to be valued for their novel ways of living. They think for themselves and because of that, they often challenge the norm. They don’t make most decisions based on what is popular or trendy.
Myth #8 – Introverts are aloof nerds.
Introverts are people who primarily look inward, paying close attention to their thoughts and emotions. It’s not that they are incapable of paying attention to what is going on around them, it’s just that their inner world is much more stimulating and rewarding to them.
Myth #9 – Introverts don’t know how to relax and have fun.
Introverts typically relax at home or in nature, not in busy public places. Introverts are not thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies. If there is too much talking and noise going on, they shut down. Their brains are too sensitive to the neurotransmitter called Dopamine. Introverts and Extroverts have different dominant neuro-pathways. Just look it up.
Ok that's all. How do you find it?
Myth #4 reminds me of the post I scheduled for a few days later. Wait for it folks!

DnD Comm | NTU Hall 14
Last week we had our comm photo shoot. The photos turned out really nice especially the candid one above. Contemplated for really long before publishing this post. I don't know all of them well personally so I'm not sure whether they mind or not..? But it's up on facebook already so I think one more site(here) doesn't hurt?
#differencebetweenaproandsemipro: photo size. The largest size is out of frame and the 2nd largest (which is this) is a little too small for my liking. Is there a way to resize ALL the photos at one go? Twelve's size is good but I find it not sharp enough for some scenes. So maybe...
Events team
Anyway, finally a glimpse of my uni life besides my constant rambling on studies/school work.
I'm really slow but I'm beginning to feel a little more comfortable in NTU/hall. Yes again, it is always right before I leave a place.

PS still chubby sigh.
I'm sorry for the horrible mess.
In the midst of changing blogskin (again).
Bad habit bad habit. I love to edit blogskins prior to examinations. Time to go back to what I was doing.
Please bear with it my dear. I will tidy up asap.

Good afternoon,
I can feel the stress kicking in. Persevere on jl!
Energy fuels in hall to accompany me through this.
There will be so many changes in the near future. So many big ideas but I can't fulfill them all. As much as possible alright?
Well, do I feel sad about it? Honestly, I don't. People who walked out of my life remain outside. Perhaps I would let them in if they try. Perhaps. I will never have an answer to that.
I try to stop myself from all the selfish thoughts, after all there are people upset because of that. It's not a bad thing if you think about it. It's a good way to put an end to this and things may even turn better?
Acceptance is the last thing I (we) can do.
PS, I've a high forehead.

A really nice cover by Jayesslee.
Well, a couple of things
1. I think order is really important for some things. Social media should always be the last platform.
2. I am really loving étude house glitters. So pretty and they are still very much in place after a few days. But I don't like to go to their retail stores as the services suck. Shop for them online after exams. :D
3. 12 more days to finals, less than a month to 3 months break! Gonna clear it with flying colours~ just give your best for this jl you've been slacking for the whole sem.
4. Hold on to it. Keep it together. No matter how many times you feel like raising a white flag.
5. Finished
where are the children by Mary Higgins Clark after nearly two months. It is a good book but I'm just too caught up with life. Starting a new book soon. I hope it is good too~
6. Last ep of code blue season 2. It's really exciting! Limiting my showtime to 1h per day.
And what's a post by greedy jl without food pic? :p
Happy Sunday!
